What you can expect at Buckeye Fitness Boot Camp:

 

45 minutes of cardio, strength, flexibility, balance and core training.



1. Strengthen and improve your “core” – the foundation of every fitness program.
2. Metabolism boosting workouts that burn fat, tone and increase your lean muscle mass.
3. You will become leaner by incorporating a healthy and nutritional diet to your workout regimen.
