I’m an L. A. girl at heart — born, raised and educated. I face the same physical, personal and social challenges as you do. Exercise is “my special place” and I have been a dedicated fitness fanatic for over 30 years. As a former aerobics and step class instructor, I know how important it is to incorporate a variety of exercises into your program. This helps to create muscle confusion, which means you will always be challenged and your body will continue to get stronger and more fit over time. As your personal trainer, I will share with you my knowledge of fitness and nutrition. I also will continually motivate and inspire you to stay fit and make exercise fun.

What I do for fun
Besides personal training in my home studio, at Battelle and my boot camps, I enjoy spending time with my family, dog and friends. The outdoors is my favorite place and I enjoy bike rides, hiking, walking, running, tennis, yoga and Pilates. I also love going to the movies, art festivals and flea markets. My greatest joy however, is meeting and getting to know my clients and watching them transform their bodies and mind. All of the women I have trained over the past few years have enriched my life and made me a better personal trainer and person.

My personal promise
I am 100% dedicated to each of my clients. I truly believe that I can make a difference in your life. As my client, I will continually encourage and motivate you, and introduce you to healthy lifestyle tips. Together, we’ll monitor and track your progress, and make the necessary adjustments to your program to maintain its effectiveness.
